Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Of course, some sensitive information is required, as with any on-line application, but be assured that your information is safe and secure. With regard to your communication with potential buyers/sellers, your personal information is CONFIDENTIAL for both Buyers and Sellers, should you desire not to make your contact information public you may do so at your discretion.

Q: Why is my e-mail address hidden?

A: Email addresses listed on web sites are commonly used by hackers to generate SPAM. In order to protect you, we have implemented a solution whereby your email address remains secure during initial communication. Later, you may initiate a direct dialoge either via email, phone, or home address.

Q: When/how do I add the picture of my item for sale?

A: The option to add photos is at the very end of the Ad Placement process (see Step 5, upper right corner during Ad Placement process). If you missed it, simply login to your Seller Profile, click on "Manage Ads" to "Edit" the Ad to include the picture.  

Q: Can I remove an Ad for a time and then re-list without creating the Ad again?

A: Sellers are able to archive ads, so that they are not searchable on the web site, and then re-activate the ad as necessary without creating a new classified ad.

Q: How do I delete my ad?

A: Simply login to your account and click on "Manage (1) Ads" in the top center navigation bar.

You can remove your cell number from the ad by clicking the "Edit Ad" (4th column). Make changes to the fields as desired and then click "Update Ad".

To delete the ad, simply check the checkbox (1st column) and then click the "Yes, Delete Selected Ads" button on the lower right side under your advertisement list.
